Under EU Directive 2023/2673, we are required to provide a clear way for you to request withdrawal from a contract. Please use the form below.

All products sold on shestartsat50.com are made specifically to your order.

Under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, goods made to a consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

This means that once your order has entered production, we are unable to accept a cancellation or return, except where the item is faulty or not as described.

If you believe your order qualifies for withdrawal — for example, if production had not yet begun at the time of your request — you are welcome to submit the form below and we will review your case individually.

Please notice the form must be submitted within 14 days.
