REFUND POLICY​

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Because of the digital nature of these products, you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has begun, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged this at checkout. If you haven’t yet downloaded your product, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase by contacting us. If a digital product is faulty or not as described, please get in touch and we will put it right.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, notify us by email at hello@shestartsat50.com within this period, stating your name, order number and the items concerned or press the button in the footer and fill in the form.

Returns
Once you have notified us, please return the items within 14 days. Items should be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back, as we will provide the correct return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
We will refund the price of the items within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you have sent it).

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may reduce the refund if the items show signs of use beyond what is needed to inspect them.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping where applicable. Your statutory rights under EU consumer law remain unaffected.

Incorrect address
Please check your delivery details carefully. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you about reshipping, which may involve additional shipping costs.
